Terrible customer service, they never answer their phone. Called multiple times over several days and even left message on store manager's voicemail but never received any return calls. And according to the sales people, the Sephora isn't connected to any other system so they cannot verify account points and cannot process returns without a receipt, even if it was purchased in this exact store. I will never shop here or at any other JCPenney or Sephora ever again after the terrible experience with this store.
